Most of the projects I run are on a retained basis. I aim for quality over quantity, so I focus on creating a true partnership with my clients so I can invest a heavy time commitment to ensure you get the best leadership hire (which contingency doesn’t always provide). However, I will work contingency projects if it makes sense to do so.
