No. I don’t engage in ‘CV spamming’ because it doesn’t work for me (especially at this level) and doesn’t benefit you either. I conduct CV deep-dives with those I work with to identify selling points that I can use to make introductions to organisations or include in an ongoing search project (which would get you in the interview process).
