I’ll be upfront, Talos isn’t a Data or AI Consultancy. We are a Recruitment Consultancy.

I don’t have the skill set of a CDO or a CAIO, so I wouldn’t charge for this service. However, I have seen what works, and I’ve worked with people who have successfully turned their organisations’ Data and AI capabilities into revenue and insights-generating machines. I’ll work with you to identify the right path to reinventing your Data and AI functions, and then I can connect you with other agencies or independent consultants to conduct the strategic deep dive.

What’s in it for me? It helps my network (which I’m always trying to do), and when the time is right to hire a leader to transform your Data, AI and Tech functions, I want to be in that conversation.
