Whether that’s a specific type of leader that is rarely available on the market, someone who can build an entire division from scratch, hyper-specialists, or professionals with skills in future technologies like Quantum.

This isn’t an active search; it could take months or even years before I introduce a profile, but it means always having a pair of eyes on the market for the talent you need. If you hire the person, then pay a pre-agreed flat fee that is much lower than the fees I charge for a whole project (less work, less fee seems fair).
